This is our second experience in the last six years selling our home and purchasing a new one with Kevin. This time, we sold our condo and bought a townhome. Kevin took the time to tour with us and when we found the "right" one, did some great negotiating over a long period of time for the close. While this process was difficult at times, he stuck with it. After the offer was accepted, he took the time to help us set up contractors to get the place to our liking.
