The communication was outstanding very direct when it came to me asking questions I appreciate the entire team

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

We had an amazing experience buying our home. Our offer won the bidding war! communication was always on point. Professional. Made a whole process smooth!

I would recommend Ahmad for everyone. He helped me from step one to closing. He has all the experience to help you every step of the way. His line of communication was always open and he was always available when I needed him.

Migdalia Croes es extremadamente muy profesional , me acompaño en todo el recorrido de mi compra en mi nuevo apartamento , estoy sumamente agradecida por su apoyo y recomendaciones , y soluciono y respondió todas mis preguntas y dudas

From the beginning Peter has made the experience of selling our home easy. He explained the process and made sure my family was informed of every showing. He was especially patient with my mother and made sure she understood the whole process. The whole MG Group was great. Please use Peter and his group for your selling or buying needs.

Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. She was supportive in guiding me as to what needed to be done to put the house on the market. I then said "Okay Vittoria work your magic" and she certainly did. She had the house on the market for a day and a half and presented me with multiple great offers to choose from. I don't know what I would have done without Vittoria and her team at @ Properties. Vittoria made the whole process so much easier and so much less stressful. She is a consummate professional.
