First time home buyers, and Aaron Schwartz was nothing short of the best help anyone could ask for. His responses to our, often frequent, questions were not only prompt but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our goal to find a wonderful home was his goal as well, and he took the task as serious as we did by making sure to always give us options without overwhelming us at the same time. He did not push us to make any fast decisions and made sure that we'd get the best price for whichever home we picked. He was patient, personable, and professional, he made the experience of purchasing our first home a memorable and exciting one.

However, our home sold the first weekend at list price! Totally shocked.<br/><br/>While looking through homes to consider, he was honest about saying when we could do better and when we should reconsider some things we didn't appreciate at first look.<br/><br/>We also used Dan for buying our home and he was a solid negotiator. When you first speak with Dan, he's such a nice guy, I wasn't sure how he would do negotiating. He did a good job pressing for quick commitment to a fair offer, all the while being courteous and professional. <br/><br/>Dan has solid ethics, great listening skills, patience and always put our interests first. He doesn't have a bunch of billboards around town, but he is really top notch.

We have worked with Kim both of the times we purchased homes. She was very knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us the property we wanted. Our latest purchase was a house just down the road from my brother and his family. We were going up against other potential buys and Kim was able to convince the seller that we were the right family for the house. She shared our story about wanting our son to grow up down the street from his cousin since we were not allowed to write a letter to the seller. Every experience we've had with Kim has been wonderful. Once we were under contract, she even installed fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors herself to help keep the process running smoothly.
