First time home buyers, and Aaron Schwartz was nothing short of the best help anyone could ask for. His responses to our, often frequent, questions were not only prompt but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our goal to find a wonderful home was his goal as well, and he took the task as serious as we did by making sure to always give us options without overwhelming us at the same time. He did not push us to make any fast decisions and made sure that we'd get the best price for whichever home we picked. He was patient, personable, and professional, he made the experience of purchasing our first home a memorable and exciting one.

Aaron was recommended to me by a colleague. He was extremely responsive and ready to show us as many homes as he could in the time we had available. He was able to work around our very tight schedule and help us stick within our budget. He was able to point out things about the various homes that we visited ranging from things that were problematic, to letting us know that what we were looking at was rather unique. Aaron was also very open, honest and candid about the overall buying process, letting us know whether or not listing prices were close to their true market value. He helped start the process of coordinating and finding a lender and buying attorney. Last he was responsive during the whole process after having our offer accepted answering any questions I had.
