Dan was incredible

Dan was incredible. We felt like we were very aware of market conditions for our area so when we were speaking with Dan and he recommended an even higher price for listing our home, we were initially a bit reserved. However, our home sold the first weekend at list price! Totally shocked.<br/><br/>While looking through homes to consider, he was honest about saying when we could do better and when we should reconsider some things we didn't appreciate at first look.<br/><br/>We also used Dan for buying our home and he was a solid negotiator. When you first speak with Dan, he's such a nice guy, I wasn't sure how he would do negotiating. He did a good job pressing for quick commitment to a fair offer, all the while being courteous and professional. <br/><br/>Dan has solid ethics, great listening skills, patience and always put our interests first. He doesn't have a bunch of billboards around town, but he is really top notch.
