I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. We enlisted Janet's services in the purchase of our first home. For first time homebuyers, she's a great realtor. She is straight forward and cuts to the point. She has a list of people and companies she'll recommend for any questions or services you may be looking for. There was a little nervousness (on her part) as we chose not to use her recommended lender, but all was well in the end. We closed on time and love our new home. Janet will be the first to tell you she will try and micro-manage buyers. Don't let this scare you, she's looking out for your interests.
