Molly is in a word: incredible. From the very beginning of our process to closing day and beyond she has been kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She worked tirelessly to show us homes fitting our criteria, and when we weren’t find the right match she confidently pivoted with us to try new avenues. Once we found our new home she walked us through the process of listing our current home, and we had multiple over-ask offers in one weekend. Molly was available for every question, every scenario and all of the ups and downs in between. We are so deeply grateful for her partnership and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you, Molly - you’re the best!

My husband and I were novices in the real estate world and Marilyn was always available to answer our questions and walk us through things. She is professional, confident and kind. I frequently would text her and received a response almost immediately. We bought our new home with Marilyn and she also sold our townhome within days of putting it on the market. She’s been doing this for a long time and I’m so thankful to have crossed paths with her. It’s important to have someone who’s going to help your buying or selling process be less stressful, Marilyn is that person. Words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude for Marilyn Burke!

Communication, market knowledge, house staging, contractor contacts, and professionalism are all 5/5 star performance. Ellen is our preferred real estate agent.

Joe has been a huge help throughout our selling process. He made us feel confident and comfortable right away through striking the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and knowledge. He took the time to explain the entire process to us, as this was our first time selling a home. He was responsive, organized, and willing to help with every question we threw his way. He truly went above and beyond in his communication with us. We loved working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Joanne is a thoughtful agent. She keeps the lines of communication open, updating on where things stand. Thank you Joanne!
