We have bought and sold several homes over the years and I must say Ginny Stewart exceeded our expectations throughout our recent sales process. She is very personal and honest in her approach with clients and has a thorough understanding of the market. Ginny is responsive to the needs of clients, very well connected and respected in the community, and because of her experience makes things happen in a very efficient manner. She offers excellent advice at preparing a property, providing support throughout the sales process, and is generous in sharing her extensive list of highly qualified professionals for maintaining a property. You can't ask for a better realtor, or a nicer person, she is the absolute best!!

We worked with Kim to sell our home earlier this year. To get right to the point...we had 13 offers in 4 days & sold for higher than list. Results speak for themselves. Kim spent time to understand our needs & home value and then worked very closely with us thru the whole process from pre listing thru open house, offer acceptance, and was a big help in finalizing the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and and would definitely do business with her again. My only regret is not being able to work with Kim in our new location out of state.

It was an ABSOLUTE delight and pleasure working with Ms. Greenfield, she was most professional, informative and up to date with important details throughout the entire process of our home sale. I could not ask any more of a realtor and a person I could call "friend" when all was said and done! Thank You for a fantastic selling experience !~
