very good experience

My wife and I have known Anita for over a decade, first as a seller agent when we bought our first condo then as our buyer agent when we switch the West Loop for Wilmette. We stayed in touch through the years and she was always ready to offer her guidance and help should our move plans materialize. Anita really understands the market and makes sure to get to know you and understand your needs before making any recommendations. She is patient throughout the process and quickly pivots based on feedback as the hunt progresses. We would highly recommend her to both first-time and seasoned buyers in the Chicagoland area!

Great communication and a quick sale with no issues.

Fred was very knowledgeable and good at explaining things to first time buyers with little experience. I really appreciated his honesty and sincerely felt he was trustworthy and looking out for my best interests, as if I was a family member or friend. He was very professional and responsive always. He showed us whatever property we wanted to see right away and worked with my schedule well. He negotiated a great deal for me and knew a lot about the Orland Park, IL area. He is by far the best agent you could ask for. He has the best referrals as well and sent me to nice affordable people to work with during this home buying process. Overall great, knowledgeable, professional guy. I one hundred percent recommend him!

Bethanny Alexander is an amazing realtor, she recently listed and sold my home. In 2013 she assisted me with locating a rental and, a purchase in 2018.. She has always went over and beyond making everything very seamless. Bethanny's expertise is the best anyone can ask for during what can be very challenging experience. Bethanny is my forever realtor and I highly recommend her!!
