I recently worked closely with Cathy Bier during the sale of my parents' home in Burr Ridge. Cathy was amazing from the beginning all the way past closing. She and her team helped us out so much with getting the house ready, reassuring my older parents at every step. She held open houses and had the house under contract after one weekend. Once it was under contract, she helped with ensuring that everything that we needed to do was conveyed to us or copied us on things the lawyer or her team was taking care of for us. Throughout the process and afterward, we all felt as if Cathy was part of our family, and she genuinely cared for my parents and me as we navigated the sale of the house and their move into a senior retirement community. I could not recommend her highly enough.

I had a pleasure to work with Andrew on the purchase of my new town-home. He was always responsive with every question I had and kept me informed with the entire process. He gave me a lot of good advice and his knowledge and positive attitude kept me calm. Andrew is very professional and I would strongly recommend him to anyone for all real estate needs.

When it came to buying my new home, Joanna was always available to assist me. She always answered my calls, texts, emails, etc. and informed me about any change or new details on the property. Joanna's negotiation skills and efficient work process made me feel very comfortable when buying my home. My experience with Joanna has been very exemplary, due to her constant professionalism and reliability.

Lindsey is fantastic! She helped me buy a house. She advised me on how to make the best possible offer and I got the house! Next she helped me get my current house ready to sell. She knew exactly what resources to use to get top dollar for my house! In under two months, I bought a house, sold a house, and moved into my new home! Lindsey is attentive, professional, resourceful, has a wonderful personality and is always ready to answer any questions. I have let all my friends know that Lindsey is the best for selling and/or buying a home! She is highly recommend by this very satisfied client!
