The condo was being sold as a sudden death in the family occurred. And the estate was being settled by an Estate Attorney. Carol assessed the value of the property and listed it at a fair and competitive price. Within just a few days of listing the unit we received a total of 8 offers. And the condo was under contract less than one week after it went on the market. And it went for over asking. Carol guided us through the offers and helped us understand the particulars of each one. I live out of state and we could not have gotten through this ordeal without Carol's assistance. I highly recommend her to anyone ! Great Job !!

Theresa helped me sell a particularly difficult investment -- she was diligent and persistent and before I could blink, we had a buyer. I would recommend Theresa any day,!!!!!
