I had a great experience with Mary. She was always patient with me and answered all my questions when asked. She had several open houses that resulted in the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Cindy was very professional and communicative during our process! She worked diligently and tirelessly to find us our dream home.

Mike was extremely helpful throughout our whole home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable about what to look out for when walking through homes. He helped us buy our first home, and throughout the whole process he gave us very good advice, and never steered us wrong. We actually bought the first house we looked at! I know it's not normal, but I know this was because Mike spends the time to get to know you and exactly what you are looking for. He wants you to buy the perfect house, and puts a lot of work in for you. On several occasions, he pointed out things that inspectors may have caught, but before we even got to that stage. This allowed us to be extremely confident that when we found the house we fell in love with the inspection didn't turn up anything that we weren't already aware of (only minor things). Because of his years of experience, he was able to connect us with very reputable inspectors, which left us with fewer things to worry about. He always made himself available for whenever was best for our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Mike Smetana!

Ryan is wonderful! I had been renting out my condo in Chicago and Ryan was writing my leases for me. He knew that I wanted to sell at some point and when the market was ready, he let me know that it was a good time to sell. He knowledge of the local market is outstanding. I no longer live in Chicago and he went above and beyond for me. He is in constant communication. He has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Paula did an amazing job as our realtor. I know we could not have sold our home without her help and expertise. I will definitely refer her to all my family and friends. She was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had through out the selling process.
