Was very knowledgeable of the area and the market value. Kept us well informed throughout.

The condo was being sold as a sudden death in the family occurred. And the estate was being settled by an Estate Attorney. Carol assessed the value of the property and listed it at a fair and competitive price. Within just a few days of listing the unit we received a total of 8 offers. And the condo was under contract less than one week after it went on the market. And it went for over asking. Carol guided us through the offers and helped us understand the particulars of each one. I live out of state and we could not have gotten through this ordeal without Carol's assistance. I highly recommend her to anyone ! Great Job !!

Buying a townhome!

This is our second experience in the last six years selling our home and purchasing a new one with Kevin. This time, we sold our condo and bought a townhome. Kevin took the time to tour with us and when we found the "right" one, did some great negotiating over a long period of time for the close. While this process was difficult at times, he stuck with it. After the offer was accepted, he took the time to help us set up contractors to get the place to our liking. He is extremely hard working and great at returning calls and following up on issues and concerns. We would highly recommend Kevin!!
