I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

Charles helped us get everything done during the beginning of the pandemic. It changed the selling game, but Charles was ready and extremely helpful keeping us updated and keeping us safe.

Laura was fabulous. She helped me with every step of selling and purchasing our new home. She always made herself available to us with my questions or when we wanted to view a home. She was honest with us on what we needed to do to make our current home sell better and recommended a great starting price with the comps in the area.i highly recommend her to anyone and have to family already!!

Karen is everything you hope for in an agent and more. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a better agent. She's on top of everything from the start, she even gave me reminders when I needed them. She's an expert, can answer any question I came up with. Is super familiar with the area, very thoughtful and knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and willing to help! She has the right contacts. She has talented people to refer to for painting and various fixes, and even was a go between, discussing paint options with the painter for example. She is very kind. Throughout the process of selling my Nana's house, I was always 100% sure she was on the same team as myself and my family, and even helped with emptying out the house while we were getting it ready. I've had a tough year in a lot of ways, and Karen made a huge difference in my experience with parting with my Nana's home.
