I cannot be more satisfied with my realtor than I am with Tony Nasca. Living in another state while you try to sell your house is challenging enough. When I add the fact that I was only in a position to sell the house “as is”, the challenge was amplified. Tony handled the entire process in a very friendly yet very professional manner. He went out of his way to take care of details I couldn’t, his network of attorneys and others who assisted took care of my needs beautifully, and Tony’s personal integrity is such that I felt confidence in his advice and his guidance led to a quicker sale than I thought possible. I’ve worked with Tony on many property transactions in the past and each experience was a positive one. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for me. The complexity of selling a house and buying a house 1200 miles apart is daunting. The cross-country move is filled with issues.
