Couldn't ask for more. Maria is friendly, quick, responsive, smart, savvy and extremely easy to work with. She priced it right and marketed it perfectly, and we had two interested buyers within a few days. The unit sold within in a week. She also took the time to keep me aware of everything that was happening all the way through closing, a major plus for an owner housebound in his own unit. I'd give her the highest rating across the board, and I would recommend her with full confidence to anyone selling a property.

Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job.
