Brigham was an incredible agent to work with! He worked with me for nearly 5 months until we were able to find the perfect place for me. He was patient, kind, understanding and flexible as I changed my mind, and drastically modified my search over the months we worked together. He was aggressive in the best way and I always felt that he had my best interest in mind, being open and honest with his opinion and advice. Brigham's personal background in real-estate - buying, renovating and selling homes of his own, was very valuable and I appreciated his willingness to share his own experiences and ideas with me. I will always be appreciative of how willing he was to show me any property I asked to see, even if we both knew it may not be the one, to help me discover the things I was looking for. I often had a family member tag along and Brigham was always very welcoming and open to another individual be part of the process. He was very responsive, very knowledgeable, very practical and realistic, and went far above and beyond what I expected from an agent. He offered to help me renovate even after I purchased the home! I will miss working with him as I feel he works hard to develop a relationship with his clients. Jennifer Bennett went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She never balked at us when we said we wanted/needed to see more homes and always felt that we were a priority. We had an outstanding experience working with Brigham as he helped us sell our previous house and buy our current home. Our house sold in one-third of the time it took the typical house to sell in our neighborhood! Brigham was highly knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area, as well as home renovation/maintenance in general. This helped us avoid major issues with prospective homes we visited, on several occasions. He also assessed our previous home and personally helped us update and install new lighting. We were always able to reach Brigham when we had questions. He quickly came to understand what our family was looking for in a home. He even talked with our children and included their desires in the process when possible. We enlisted Sue to help sell our prior home and buy our current home. All of our interactions were with Sue and not an assistant, call center, etc. Selling Process: Prior to listing our home for sale, Sue walked the home and provided real suggestions to help the home show better. Sue will give you her honest opinion which may not be exactly what you want to hear. I.e. potential buyers may be turned off by the décor you cherish. "Knowing" that is a possibility and then hearing that aren't exactly the same. Regardless, we followed instructions and the listing went live on Thursday. Two days later we had our first offer on Saturday! Buying: Sue was with us through each step of the purchasing process. Her negotiating style was aggressive, but not excessive. We were able to come to an agreed price with the seller in one day. At every point of the process from contract to closing, Sue was sure to keep us up to speed with any correspondence received. Overall: As stated earlier, we always dealt directly with Sue and never an assistant. If anything, Sue over communicates by keeping her clients informed with ANY and ALL correspondence updates asap. Sue is by no means rude but she is honest and will give real feedback. We have recommended Sue to family members and while our family does not have any plans to move in the near future, we wouldn't hesitate to work with Sue again.
