We were so thankful to be able to work with Katie when purchasing our house. She is a great resource who is kind, professional, pays attention to detail, and delivers what her clients are looking for. She helped us move quickly and provided several resources to facilitate and alleviate the stress of the home buying process. I would recommend working with Katie to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Greater Chicagoland Area. She was a pleasure to work with, and always puts her clients first!

Communication, market knowledge, house staging, contractor contacts, and professionalism are all 5/5 star performance. Ellen is our preferred real estate agent.

Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.

As a first time home buyer Darlene made our experience smooth and very efficient. She is very quick in responding and also educated us with many things through out the process. When she walks you through a house she walks it as if she were buying it , looking at every pro and con . She is very honest and has a wonderful personality. She does not push or rush you into getting a home , she considers all of your factors that you want in a house and makes sure you are happy. She also referred us to her mortgage broker , they make an incredible team. Her negotiation skills are truly remarkable, you will get the best deal if you choose her. My family and I are so happy with our new home and neighborhood. We are truly grateful ,I will be referring her to all of my friends and family.

Susan was awesome to work with. She gave us more than enough of her time and proved to be an expert Realtor. Susan focused on getting us exactly what we wanted while staying well within our budget. We really enjoyed spending time with her during this stressful process and will certainly use her services again if / when the time comes. We love our new place and credit Susan with getting us here.
