Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing.
