He took his time getting to know my wife and I to learn about what we were looking for in a home. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were extremely nervous and uncertain how to proceed. And there were plenty of questions of concerns! Never once did he make us feel like we were in over our heads or not ready for this important decision.
