Working with Bryan was fantastic! He provided suggestions, guidance, and expertise in getting our mom's house ready, listed, sold, re-listed, and re-sold. We were impressed with Bryan upon our first meeting. His professionalism and communication skills during the process were second to none, and he understood our position in how we wanted to sell the home. However, what really blew us away was the way he "empty staged" the house for the photo shoot, as well as the way he marketed the home. Quite impressive!!!

Scott and his team were wonderful throughout our journey purchasing our first condo in 2020. Couldn't have been happier. We had a fairly difficult sell due to the fact that we were selling a house that was a part of my dads estate and going through probate at the same time. Then buying a house that was just a normal sale in a specific area which would've drove any realtor crazy. She helped us 100% of the time and in my opinion did an awesome job. Even though we won't be selling for a few decades I plan to use her again in the future.
