Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. Working with Bryan was fantastic! He provided suggestions, guidance, and expertise in getting our mom's house ready, listed, sold, re-listed, and re-sold. We were impressed with Bryan upon our first meeting. His professionalism and communication skills during the process were second to none, and he understood our position in how we wanted to sell the home.
