Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. If I need to move again, I will definitely choose Luis.

Audrey is the best of the best on the North Shore! Audrey has helped us sell 2 homes and purchase one. We had contracts on both our homes in less than 2 weeks with offers at or above our ideal price. And she helped us find a new home and negotiate a great purchase price during a very tight market period. When selling she really helps present your home in the best possible light. She is extremely "hands on" and works hard to make the process quick and easy. She will "stage" your home, using a combo of your current furnishings and her own accent pieces to make it look like you spent tens of thousands on an interior designer. Then she will have your home photographed so nicely it looks like it belongs in your favorite shelter magazine - even printing up soft cover booklets to distribute at open houses. If any major touch ups or repairs are needed, she has a stable of trusted contractors who will respond and complete projects quickly. We were out of town for much of this process for our second home, and she was physically at the property coordinating all these various things herself.
