Kathy is definitely an expert at what she does. We are a younger couple, and she always treated us with respect, and patiently explained what we needed to know. She knew exactly what to do to get our house sold, and was not afraid to let us know her opinion (in a respectful manner). She was always super responsive. I could not recommend her enough, and should we move again we'll be contacting her again.

We are so lucky to have worked with Cara Golec of the Franze/Golec Real Estate Team, she made selling our parents home an easy and seamless experience. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market and was able to achieve our target price which was substantially higher then the last comp sale in the area. Cara was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers). She was so attentive and responsive making sure everything was handled correctly.
