Showed us a good amount of homes and was great at telling us if the house was worth the price value or not as well as if there were issues with the house that would be potential investments towards a home and to look out for. Only downside is we offered 50K more towards a house and got a $20 ice cream gift card while my family member also got a new home and they got a Lowes gift card and TV and I thought that was so sweet and they laughed when I told them all we got was a $20 ice cream gift card.. Felix has done business with this company 3 times this is his 3rd home with the agent...

She is knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions. She is very committed to her job, and went out of her way to help us find the perfect home for us. She is quick to respond and easy to contact. Most importantly she has a great sense of humor! We loved her service and would recommend her to anyone. Since this is our first home, she made sure to explain how the process worked and guided us until the last day. We are to have met someone like her.

She was very helpful finding a new home for our family and helped make our long distance move less stressful. Thank you Jillian

Naomi took a very stressful time and turned it into a wonderful experience. Her assessment of my home prior to going on the market vis a vis work to be done was spot on and really helped. When something didn’t go as planned she had a ‘someone’ in her contacts who could get it done quickly. She went above and beyond in helping us through this time, even bringing us boxes to help us pack! She was also a straight shooter and didn’t sugarcoat bad news or feedback and helped us wherever possible to turn it around. I don’t know how I’d have survived this without Naomi’s wit and wisdom. I highly recommend you go with the Cheetah!
