Showed us a good amount of homes and was great at telling us if the house was worth the price value or not as well as if there were issues with the house that would be potential investments towards a home and to look out for. Only downside is we offered 50K more towards a house and got a $20 ice cream gift card while my family member also got a new home and they got a Lowes gift card and TV and I thought that was so sweet and they laughed when I told them all we got was a $20 ice cream gift card.. Felix has done business with this company 3 times this is his 3rd home with the agent...
