Rebecca helped me sell the home our family owned for 56 years. She guided me in what I needed to remove and helped me rearrange furniture in order to present the home in the best light. The house went under contract in 3 days. In the time frame between going under contract and closing, Rebecca met with repair men as well as others that needed access to the home. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. We also recognized that our next house would hopefully be our home for the next 20+ years. And that’s where the challenge began. <br/><br/>Mitch helped us write a “must have list” and a “wish list”. He also paid close attention to our budgetary needs and our preferred locations – school systems, friends, parks, etc. Samantha (wife) and I agreed that we wouldn’t rush into a purchasing decision on the first house we liked. Mitch entered our requirements into the online MLS system. Several times each week houses that fit our profile were sent to us in the form of online descriptions and pictures. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process. The end result being a nice house that our Family will enjoy for many decades. I am grateful to Mitch Gabel and highly recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for any Real Estate needs.

Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.
