She priced it right and marketed it perfectly, and we had two interested buyers within a few days. The unit sold within in a week. She also took the time to keep me aware of everything that was happening all the way through closing, a major plus for an owner housebound in his own unit. I'd give her the highest rating across the board, and I would recommend her with full confidence to anyone selling a property.
