He has amazing patience, supporting me in taking the time to explore properties to going back again for a second visit when it was of high interest. When it came time to make an offer, Kyle has an unerring ability to negotiate. He was right, time and time again. His ability to identify the sellers situation and estimate what price they might accept was spot on. I'm very, very, very pleased with the services Kyle provided - and is still providing, as he is helping me with some follow-up issues at the home I bought. He just didn't sign the papers for the closing and disappear. He's still there, supporting me where needed. I'd recommend him without question. If you elect to use his services, trust him. Janie came recommended to us by a close friend. Even though she doesn't regularly work in our area, she took our listing and did an amazing job. She traveled to our home regularly to support the selling process and to hold open houses. Janie communicated her schedule and offered to do the open houses several times. I think this really helped to get the right traffic through our home and to get it sold quickly. We got a strong offer and Janie supported us all the way through closing! Janie also guided us through the home buying process. We were moving to her area and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was with us every weekend to go around to houses and met us after work when needed. I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time.
