My focus on relationships is how I build my success. I find that investing in other people not only benefits them but is the most worthwhile way for me to spend my time. The more relationships I build, the more real estate opportunities come my way. My business flourishes by prioritizing relationship-building; and friendship becomes the building blocks for my success. With every successful venture come numerous challenges. The biggest challenge for me was the amount of money it cost to get my business up-and-running. It was easy to spend more and more, but I realized the loss in achieving high production levels- when a huge overhead remained. I overcame this challenge by creating a budget which insured my business would be profitable. The bottom line is so crucial. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many homes you sell but how much money you have to take home.The aspect of my business in which I feel most confident is my RE/MAX affiliation. Donna is a straight shooter, professional and knows how to sell

Donna is a straight shooter, professional and knows how to sell. We first signed with another agent, only had 9 showings, no offers in 3 months. Changed to Donna Sattler in a week we had 29 showing, 3 offers, 1offer at basically asking price. Her knowledge gave us different perspective which allowed us to sell our house. Donna lived up to and exceeded our expectations.

Basel and the people from his office are the...

Basel and the people from his office are the absolute best in the business. They are knowledgeable, quick to respond to your questions/needs, and are fully committed to making your home purchase go as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't use any other agent/office for all my future real estate needs. My family has used Basel's services for purchasing and selling several homes and we have always been extremely happy with the results. You can't go wrong working with Basel.

This was the first time we’ve ever bought a house or dealt with a realtor

This was the first time we’ve ever bought a house or dealt with a realtor. Donna is super responsive! Very accommodating, which helped us out a lot with our super busy schedule! I called her and she came out the next day to do a showing for us last second! She definitely knows what she’s doing and goes out of her way to help you with what you need. She is the best and I couldn’t have asked for someone better! She’s available to answer all your questions. I had a ton of questions with this being our first home purchase. I can’t say enough good about her!
