The biggest challenge for me was the amount of money it cost to get my business up-and-running. It was easy to spend more and more, but I realized the loss in achieving high production levels- when a huge overhead remained. I overcame this challenge by creating a budget which insured my business would be profitable. The bottom line is so crucial. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many homes you sell but how much money you have to take home.The aspect of my business in which I feel most confident is my RE/MAX affiliation. When I first became licensed, I searched for the best company in the marketplace to join, and RE/MAX quickly became the obvious choice. In life, I always had a taste for the best quality in everything-the best cars, the best clothes, and the best food. I certainly could not lower my standards for my business affiliation!
