I had a pleasure to work with Andrew on the purchase of my new town-home. He was always responsive with every question I had and kept me informed with the entire process. He gave me a lot of good advice and his knowledge and positive attitude kept me calm. Andrew is very professional and I would strongly recommend him to anyone for all real estate needs.

Martin Uthe was great to work with as he has great communication skills and marketing knowledge. He answers his phone 90% of the time and the other 10% he returns your call within 5 minutes which is such a pleasure in this day and age. Martin also is a great resource for support services to get the best price in a reasonable time. In addition, Martin saved me a ton of time by meeting with contractors at my condo and contacting the association's management company when needed. I would highly recommend Martin to any family member or friend as he goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

Peter showed us many homes and helped provide great insight on each home. He was thorough and reviewed each property carefully. Pete was timely and assisted us in every step during the buying process. Pete gave great estimates on what to bid on each home. He identified some of the repairs and gave quick estimates on how much the repairs would cost (or should cost). Overall it was great working with Peter and the Redco staff.
