Janie came recommended to us by a close friend. Even though she doesn't regularly work in our area, she took our listing and did an amazing job. She traveled to our home regularly to support the selling process and to hold open houses. Janie communicated her schedule and offered to do the open houses several times. I think this really helped to get the right traffic through our home and to get it sold quickly. We got a strong offer and Janie supported us all the way through closing! Janie also guided us through the home buying process. We were moving to her area and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was with us every weekend to go around to houses and met us after work when needed. When we made our offer, she gave us the comps and research for the neighborhood to be able to make a decent offer. We had some back-and-forth with the sellers and Janie helped us to develop the best strategy we could. We ultimately secured the offer that we were pleased with. Roger was super helpful throughout every step of the home buying process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we knew hardly anything about what was involved in buying a home.
