As a first time home buyer Darlene made our experience smooth and very efficient. She is very quick in responding and also educated us with many things through out the process. When she walks you through a house she walks it as if she were buying it , looking at every pro and con . She is very honest and has a wonderful personality. She does not push or rush you into getting a home , she considers all of your factors that you want in a house and makes sure you are happy. She also referred us to her mortgage broker , they make an incredible team. Her negotiation skills are truly remarkable, you will get the best deal if you choose her. My family and I are so happy with our new home and neighborhood. We are truly grateful ,I will be referring her to all of my friends and family.

Our experience with John as our realtor to buy a new home was excellent. He helped us purchase a house in Chicagoland area in 2017 and proved to be incredibly attentive, prepared, and helpful. I cannot recommend Shane Plummer enough for your real estate needs. He is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area and is a wonderful person to work this. This is our second time using Shane in which he both sold our home (the same home he helped us with 6 years prior!) and buy a new house at the same time. That experience of buying/selling simultaneously has a propensity to be extremely stressful, but Shane helped us navigate that with ease. On the selling side, we leaned heavily on Shane's experience and recommendations and made a great profit with his hard work. We had our open house during a torrential downpour and tornado-laden weekend, and Shane was still able to provide us with the utmost service and quickly shift focus to ensure we had a great amount of foot traffic during what would otherwise probably be a disaster of an open house weekend. On the buying side, Shane worked tirelessly with the Seller's real estate agent to close the deal. As always with Shane, everything went exactly how he said it, and provided great insight to the process the whole time. Shane was also very attentive to our needs and opinions and it really felt like he worked WITH us, not just for us. As a final aside, Shane also comes with a great network of team players. If you're just starting out and gathering information, and Shane recommends you Josh Kahn as a broker, you need to do it without question. His team is just as good as he is and they work wonderful together.

Walter is GREAT! This guy went above and beyond his limits to help me feel comfortable and infomed on what was going on. I was a First time home buyer and it was all new to me. Thanks to Walter I feel like I know everything about this home buying thing. Again once you work with Walter there is no need to go with anyone else. Even after the purchase of my beautiful home. he has called periodically to see how everything is and to make sure I was happy. Thank you Walter!
