Katy is the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. Not only did she help us buy our new home, she sold our townhouse too! The listing and the house flyer she created was incredible. No wonder we got an offer in 2 days and closed shortly after! While we were working with her she was responding almost immediately, no matter what time we texted/called her and was always updating us about even the slightest progress before we even asked! She is knowledgeable and has many years of experience. She is also very personable, we really felt she was looking out for our best interest because she cares, not just because it's her job. When we were looking at homes, she was giving us advice and pointing out possible problems that we hadn't even noticed. Made us feel we're in good hands. We highly recommend her!

I was so blessed having Alex as my agent to navigate me thru this new experience for me - getting my own home . Alex has great knowledge about the real estate market in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs , he helped me tremendously with professional advice and inputs during our search for the right place . Yes , I can honestly say OUR search because Alex was there for me all the time , odd hours , after work hours , he was there ! Picking me up with his own car , going far and beyond my wildest expectations , he provided great service for me . He even got me a present for my new place , when I moved in - can you say the same for your agent !? Great outstanding service , professional attitude and friendly atmosphere during the whole process - this is my awesome first time buyer experience with Alex ! Thanks for everything Alex , I will be repeat customer , cause who does not love being treated in such exceptional way !
