He has amazing patience, supporting me in taking the time to explore properties to going back again for a second visit when it was of high interest. When it came time to make an offer, Kyle has an unerring ability to negotiate. He was right, time and time again. His ability to identify the sellers situation and estimate what price they might accept was spot on. I'm very, very, very pleased with the services Kyle provided - and is still providing, as he is helping me with some follow-up issues at the home I bought. Selling a house is overwhelming and selling an elderly relatives house during a pandemic only added to the stress. Vittoria Logli was highly recommended to me by two other relatives who utilized her amazing skills to sell their homes. Vittoria was thorough in explaining everything to me. After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Mitch Gabel is second to none. What sets him apart is his patience, his ability to ask many questions, listen, and work in the buyer’s best interest. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse.
