Sue is was very available. She helped me through three transactions: selling my mom‘s house; purchasing my home; and selling my townhouse. I am so grateful for her knowledge, guidance and patience. I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning.
