After moving around so much I’ve had quite a few residences and therefore plenty of experiences with realtors. The list includes realtors in PA, IL, NJ… on both rentals and purchases. Having 2 boys born within 15 months of each other, we quickly found our new Family of 4 busting at the seams of our 2 BR townhouse. Mitch entered our requirements into the online MLS system. Several times each week houses that fit our profile were sent to us in the form of online descriptions and pictures. We spent many Saturday afternoons looking at houses. <br/><br/>Throughout the entire (somewhat lengthy by many standards) process, Mitch maintained his strong support of our needs. He was quick to point out weaknesses of a house, preventing us from making a poor buying decision. Mitch was also quite creative, helping us along by providing input, “…you know, you might want to consider…” We never felt rushed during the entire process. The end result being a nice house that our Family will enjoy for many decades. I am grateful to Mitch Gabel and highly recommend him to anyone in the Chicago area for any Real Estate needs.
