Greg is an experienced, patient, and extremely knowledgeable human being, who shared with us not only real estate knowledge, but advice on life as well. He is a true mentor. He took his time getting to know my wife and I to learn about what we were looking for in a home. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were extremely nervous and uncertain how to proceed. Greg was there for us every step of the way. From the early morning texts to the late night conversations, Greg was responsive and patient with all of our questions and concerns. And there were plenty of questions of concerns! Never once did he make us feel like we were in over our heads or not ready for this important decision. He helped us figure out what will work best for us. Finally, that perfect opportunity popped up and we were able to execute the deal. Maria Tyrjan remained focused on the task at hand in a business-like manner. She remained calm and reassuring when unexpected (to me) problems arose. Other related professionals, e.g., home inspector, real estate attorney, etc. recommended to assist in the process, proved to be very reliable and competent. In addition, she has made herself available to follow up post closing issues and questions. I would not hesitate to contact her for similar services in the future.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
