April is responsive, transparent, reliable, hard working, and more. She has helped us so much even after closing. She is always willing to help with random things that come up before and after moving in. She took thorough notes while we were meeting with the seller, or took pictures of equipment or instructions that we would need later. She did a great job negotiating the finer details of the purchase agreement and read carefully the legal documents to make sure that we weren't taken advantage of or unprotected. April knows the community well so she has all kinds of advice. We needed to find someone to install a water softener; she knew a guy! We are very grateful to her and I would not work with anyone else if I have to go through this process again. April will be an asset for you if she is part of your team.
