Aaron was an amazing realtor and very relatable and easy to work with. He communicated great and was very organized and on top of things. The whole process went very smoothly and fast for us! We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out!
I’m had very specific wants and needs for a property. We drove Aaron nuts for the better part of a year… never did he complain or bush us off. Instead he work his azz off for us. He took care of every detail. He without a doubt is the best agent I have ever worked with. Anyone looking for an agent in this area is missing out if you don’t select Aaron. If your not paying him about a million dollars a year plus his commission… your taking advantage of him!!!
Working with Deb was great. She got things moving and helped us to make informed decisions about the listing process. Deb’s listing price was realistic and market based which helped sell our house for way more than we expected to, while at the same time doing so quickly in an increasingly difficult market. Deb was very responsive and had all of the folks we needed to get lender required repairs done quickly. Deb is a really good communicator and was able to explain the nuances of real estate to people who know nothing about the business.
Aaron is very knowledgeable of the Burley market. He helped us pick a great area, and the right house for us. We were traveling in to look at houses, as we hadn't yet moved to the area, and Aaron was very accommodating with our schedules. He even did some video walk-throughs when we could both be present. Aaron was helpful from the first tour of the town, until after closing. He even put us in contact with someone to help with the lawn before we moved in. Aaron was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
