The industry's "buyer- buyer's agent-seller's agent- seller" communication pathway does not provide direct observation of negotiation techniques and skills but our finale result indicated a compromise between us and the seller; so the I am only able to say that her negotiation skills contributed to a successful closing, although at a higher price that taxed my resources. In putting up with me, she exhibited a high degree of professionalism. She made herself very accessible and responsive to my questions and issues. In good faith, I can highly recommend her.
