Tracie was fantastic to work with. She kept in close contact and kept me informed. She had excellent expertise. She managed all the others who were involved in the home purchase and kept them informed. I would highly recommend anyone seeking to build a home to hire Tracie. I have purchased many homes and Tracie was the best realtor I have ever worked with!??????????

I have witnessed Sara from being a seller’s agent to a buyer agent. I knew that if we had an opportunity to purchase a home in the Boise community we would only work with Sara. She made herself available within minutes after leaving a message, provided us with the answers to our questions. Made us feel that we were her most important clients. I have already recommended Sara to a possible new client, and I am still living in California!! Sara has a wealth of references of other professionals if needed, which has already been a huge benefit for us. Purchasing our home in Boise has gone smoothly, timely and Sara made it feel effortlessly on her part. No stress.
