KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. If we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email or call and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during the process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way). We had the pleasure of using her almost 5 years ago to buy a house and now recently to sell that house - and even though each transaction was different seeing her represent us both times was incredible. She connects with her clients - you never feel like you are just a name on a list for her. She is strong and passionate about what she does. I tried to stump her and there was never a question she could not answer. She tells you when to contact the utilities, she knows about the appraisal process, she recommends things to make sure you get top dollar for the house you are selling. Not only is she knowledgeable she makes sure you know and understand everything you have to do to sell or buy a house from start to finish- pre-approvals, signatures, waivers and addendums she will make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.

Chris is very professional with his clients and more concerned about what the client is wanting than anything else. He is very thorough and ready to answer any questions. I was able to reach him quickly whenever I had any questions or concerns. We like to do things quickly while selling our home and Chris did not disappoint to get things moving. He also helped us buy before and we intend on calling him again when we are ready to buy in the future!
