Judy was incredibly helpful with a complex move from Hawaii that needed to occur in a short amount of time. She communicated by phone initially to help us prepare for touring homes and selecting a development. Her knowledge of the Treasure Valley helped us narrow our search and select a home. She then communicated with us long distance through the negotiation process, setting up and attending walk-throughs and keeping us on track with the title company. She was there to celebrate the closure and even provided the names of trusted and skilled professionals to complete projects once we moved in. We could not have made this challenging move with out her!

I was moving to Idaho from out of state on my purchase. Judy was at our property taking photos of lots, communicating each step of the way and keeping us up to date on the build process. Corey helped us through every step of the way, which can feel very overwhelming as a first time home buyer.
