We can’t say enough good things about Corey Conner and the Black Wolf Realty Group. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from out of state while preparing for a short-notice PCS from Alaska made the process even more challenging. Having Corey there made a huge difference for our family. From the very beginning, Corey was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Anytime we had a question, he was quick to get back to us and always made us feel like we were a priority. His knowledge of the local market was also invaluable, especially when we ran into a couple of hurdles trying to get our offers accepted while our home in Alaska was still on the market. One of the things we appreciated most was how much Corey helped us feel like we were actually there, even though we were hundreds of miles away. The pictures and videos he sent weren’t just quick walk-throughs — they gave us a realistic idea of what the house, neighborhood, and surrounding area actually looked like. That gave us a lot of confidence in making such a big decision without being able to see everything ourselves. Moving during a PCS is a lot to take on, and there were definitely moments when the whole process felt overwhelming. Corey was patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help us navigate everything. He wasn’t just helping us buy a house; he helped make a major transition for our family a little easier. We are extremely grateful for everything Corey did for us and for helping us find our new home.
