On the sale of our last house, he gave advice on how to prep for photos and his photographer took good photos that were not misleading to the sizes of the rooms of the home. He was able to catch errors and negotiate terms of the contract, making sure we were taken care of. With purchasing a home, he was flexible with work schedules in showing potential homes. He was able to take into account the criteria we were searching for and an eye for potential issues we may run into with a particular home. He was patient with how many homes we ended looking at to find the one. When it came to purchasing the house of our choosing, he was helpful in guiding us through the contract process and assisting us in getting items we deemed important included in our contract. We have now been in our new home for 6 weeks and we are very happy with our purchase and appreciate Patrick’s help with getting us our new home and would recommend him to others and would look to him for any future home sales and purchases.
