KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. If we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email or call and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during the process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way).
