Erich is great I could text or call him with anything I needed or had a question about. The whole process was very easy and effortless on my part. His team went over and above all my expectations.

KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. If we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email or call and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during the process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way). We had the pleasure of using her almost 5 years ago to buy a house and now recently to sell that house - and even though each transaction was different seeing her represent us both times was incredible. She connects with her clients - you never feel like you are just a name on a list for her. She is strong and passionate about what she does. I tried to stump her and there was never a question she could not answer. She tells you when to contact the utilities, she knows about the appraisal process, she recommends things to make sure you get top dollar for the house you are selling. Not only is she knowledgeable she makes sure you know and understand everything you have to do to sell or buy a house from start to finish- pre-approvals, signatures, waivers and addendums she will make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.

Jan was excellent. She coordinated the sale of my rental home while I was in a completely different state. From working with property management team, locksmith for my property, storage and sale of furnishings to close, the entire process was fast, efficient and stress free. Thank you Jan
