Josh was fantastic to work with every step of the way. He handled everything for the initial setup, photographing and open house. When our first offer was well below asking and the buyers did not accept the counter offer, Josh reassured us we were making the right choice. Two weeks later an eager buyer expressed interest, no doubt because off all the hard work put into the house. This was the sale of our first home and should have caused many sleepless anxious nights but there was never any worry knowing the house was in such great hands. Awesome experience, we are so thankful.

His online profile doesn't reflect the quality or volume of business he does, probably because he is too busy taking care of his clients to work on it! He is a honest straight shooter who knows the local area having grown up and living here. He knows the communities, neighborhoods, and builders. I was an out of state buyer and he went above and beyond knowing I couldn't hop on a plane to come over for things such as the inspection. He did a great job of keeping in communication and being responsive to questions which was especially helpful since I was in Florida and Europe during most of the transaction. I highly recommend him!
