I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

This was my first ever home I’ve ever bought and Nona’s knowledge of the market in Blairsville , Young Harris, and the surrounding areas was essential in my quest. My boyfriend, Ron and I were helped in every step of the process as we were guided by Nona’s expertise. She said there would be ups and downs, but we would find what we wanted and after several months it all fell into place. We have not found a house, we’ve found a home and Ron and I couldn’t be happier.

We’ve worked with Stephnie a couple of times now, and we’ll keep coming back. She made the selling process easy by putting together a fantastic market analysis that helped us understand our area and how our home stacked up. She went above and beyond to prepare our house and showcase its strengths so it stood out from the competition. When it came time to buy, she was just as dedicated. She spent countless hours looking at homes with us and communicating with sellers to make sure our needs were met. No matter how tight the timing or how many adjustments we had to make, she stayed friendly, calm, and professional. Stephnie isn’t just a great Realtor — she’s a person of real integrity who genuinely cares about her clients. She’s absolutely our top choice.
