Marilyn was outstanding to work with! She did a great job keeping me informed during the process of selling my home. She worked hard hosting open house events and following up on every lead. I have already recommended her to family and friends and will do so in the future.

I can’t recommend our agent highly enough. From our first conversation, she was focused on understanding exactly what we needed and worked tirelessly to find us the right home. Her advice was honest, well-informed, and always in our best interest. She steered us toward the right decisions and away from the wrong ones, and we never felt pressured. She also has an impressive network of contacts, from lenders and inspectors to contractors, and every introduction she made was valuable and made the process smoother. When something came up, she handled it quickly and kept us informed at every step. In all my years, I’ve never met a more motivated real estate agent. She went above and beyond at every turn, and we ended up in a home we love because of her effort. If you’re buying or selling, call her first. You won’t regret it.

we have used bethany many times and everytime she also go above and beyond to make the deal happen.

Working with Ben made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From day one, his communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. Ben always took the time to answer every question and explain each step in plain, simple terms. His knowledge of the local market was evident right away, giving us complete confidence in our decisions. When it came time to negotiate, he advocated strongly on our behalf and secured an outcome we were thrilled with. Beyond his professionalism and reliability, Ben is genuinely helpful and invested in his clients. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Tawni was great all around. She worked overtime to make sure everything went smoothly. So much appreciation for her!
